Order Processing

All orders are packed and handled in-house by our own team.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working week day. In the event of a public holiday falling on a normal dispatch day, your order will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from the time it is placed.

Delivery Area

We currently ship New Zealand wide.

Shipping Costs

Salon & Co charge a flat fee of $6.50.

Salon & Co reserves the right to change shipping costs for large or bulk item orders. If your order requires an adjusted shipping cost, we will contact you before your order is dispatched to confirm the updated cost.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location within New Zealand. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Salon & Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.
