Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below carefully before placing your order.

Faulty Items

We accept returns on faulty items within 5 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be in its original packaging; the product must be unopened and unused!

• The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery. If your item is found to be faulty and meets the above conditions, Salon & Co will replace the item.
• To start a faulty item return, please contact us at [salonandco515@gmail.com] with your order number and a description (and photo) of the fault.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange if you simply change your mind about a product.
